Our Application Process
Step 1
Determine which properties you are interested in. Please do not disturb the current residents!
Step 2
Contact Derek at derek@viewgreen.com to get your name on the “priority list”, get copies of all the relevant documents (applications, holding deposit, rental agreement, etc.) and make an appointment to see the house.
Step 3
Tour the properties you are interested after making an appointment.
Step 4
Turn in completed holding deposit form along with $500.
